i had an organic keretin straightening treatment on my afro hair it has completely straightened my hair which I hate apart from the little regrowth i have I've lost all my curls, Question? can I curly perm my hair with the keratin treatment on?
I have had a few short hair cuts now, asking for a bob haircut with no layers. For some reason each time I have had it cut above my shoulders, the right side of my hair appears to have sections chopped out unevenly and it looks very stepped and completely different to the left side. I’ve been really disappointed with this so have changed salons a few times- initially thinking it was due to not going to a decent salon and so I’ve been to try highly rated and more expensive places, but I’ve still encountered the same problem. At my most recent visit, I did some research beforehand by checking posts on Instagram so I could see what kind of cuts and styles different stylists do and chose the stylist based on this and so I could show her what I wanted based on what she does most- lots of bob hair cuts with nice beach styled waves. I explained I’d had some cuts I didn’t like because of the layers being chopped too much and asked for a straight/ blunt finish, because I have very straight hair and still want to be able to wear it without needing to blow dry/ style it every day. I also showed her some Pinterest photos of styles I like. I said I didn’t want layers due to previous haircuts I didn’t like and the stylist said she wouldn’t cut layers in but just chop into it so it would fall nicely. I chose a salon with excellent reviews and paid quite a lot for a cut and balayage colour (£165) to try to avoid a bad hair cut. I got on really well with the stylist and really like the way it looks on the left side as it blends very nicely, but on the right side it looks randomly chopped, doesn’t lie nicely and is very different to the left side- the same problem I’ve had with other short haircuts from different salons. I do have a side parting on my left side and wondered if it was due to this, but the stylist cut my hair with the parting in the middle and she said this shouldn’t make a difference. But even when I wear the parting in the middle it still looks unevenly chopped into on the right but nicely blended on the left side. I found a video online suggesting what the problem might be- that it’s to do with the direction of the point cutting (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=URq4Js3DUZg). Where can I go that would avoid doing this? Should I go back to the salon and show this to the stylist as I got on really well with her and felt she listened to me? I don’t want to be a bad customer and I have no hairdressing experience so think it may be bad etiquette to suggest that it’s a problem like in the YouTube video (in the link above). I really want a good haircut but don’t know why I’ve had the same problem from multiple different stylists. I’ve attached photos below so you can see what I mean- this is freshly washed and just blow dried, nothing else. I can hide the stepped/ choppy look when i style it with waves, but would like to be able to let it dry naturally and also be able to wear my hair naturally straight. Any advice and suggestions on how to explain to future stylists that I don’t want the stepped/ choppy look on the right side of my hair?
Hello so i'm 22 year's old almost 23.
So i'm here seeking help because i literally tried everything that i can think of at this point i have tried different products every time one of em runs out i've tried oils but never really sticked with it
My problems are this:
Type of hair:Wavy
Problems:It tangles like crazy when it's fully drive and is all over the place it doesn't really tangle on the top part mostly at the neck and bellow
Solution:That's why i'm here i have tried everything but nothing seems to do it
GOAL: My goal is simple i want my hair to stop tangling or at least 1 hair or a few which is normal i want my hair to be naturally soft+not crazy DRIED up+And not tangle
Now here's some information about me/what i have: So i have access to an insane amount of natural oils and can get whatever i am missing so if any of you know a combination of oils together and how much of each or single oil only that will help me with this it would be great
Type of hair: Wavy, Yes i know i said it again
Porosity:LOW i have tested it after taking a shower and letting air dry normally and taking a strand and putting it in water it didn't sink hell i have even tried to push it down my self it just did not sink ^_^"
If you need anymore information let me know
One last thing I HAVEN'T Used HEAT on my hair for 2 years if not longer. nor have i dyed it, it has simply naturally grown i have only used shampoo/conditioner and hair cream after my shower.
And if you're gonna suggest to do 1 day shampoo 1 day no shampoo i already did that for a long time and it didn't really help.
The only time my hair doesn't tangle is if it braid it after taking a shower and applying cream it wouldn't fully dry the next day after i wake up and it doesn't tangle cuz of that but i don't wanna GO OUT with braided hair lol
I would appreciate any help in this matter
I know it's not possible to CHANGE my hair type to natural straight i have accepted that but i want to solve the frizziness hair/split ends/dry ends/tangles
My whole hair starting bellow my head/neck starts to tangle when it's fully dry and it doesn't fully absorb the hair cream cuz it's low porosity unless it's wet i have to rub it and brush it properly so it calms down.

Hey guys, I'm a hairstylist and I saw an ad for 2020 Scissor Club on Facebook. Should I try this? It's a Scissor Subscription Website that gives you like new shears a few times a year. 2020ScissorClub.com
Nowadays, the use of wigs is getting higher and higher, and people no longer look at wig users in a different light as before. Wigs for a variety of purposes, such as hair loss patients used to cover hair, young people used to show charming personality, film and television workers used to shoot TV props, etc., although the use of wigs a lot, but to understand understand their own needs, in order to more accurately choose a wig suitable for them, here today to explain how to choose a wig?
What are the functions of wigs? What kind of wig do you want to get? In fact, the choice of wig can be considered from the following aspects.
1. Covering hair loss.
There are many reasons for hair loss, such as seborrheic alopecia, hair loss due to disease, etc. These people are generally not recommended to use chemical fiber wigs, because hair loss people in wearing wigs will have a period of hair loss, choose a YNEED wig to choose a durable, and because of the long time to wear, so choose a slightly more comfortable. Chemical fiber raw material wig one is less durable than real hair wig, the second is that some people with sensitive skin wear chemical fiber wigs for too long will appear skin allergies.
2. Role-playing.
In recent years, Cosplay is popular around the world, Comic-Con can see many Coser wearing the same hair style wig with the comics, games characters, Cosplay and do not recommend the use of real hair silk wig, because Cosplay does not need to wear wigs for a long time, and to do Coser want real hair silk wig, need special custom, long duration, the price will be relatively expensive, and Coser play the role of course more than one, if every role with real hair silk wig, the cost is too big.
3. Film and television staff.
Wig this type of person wearing a wig is generally in the focus on the instrumentation of the occasion, such as program hosts, film and television workers, etc.. This type of people we recommend real hair wigs, real hair manufactured high-end wigs to higher than chemical fiber wigs, realism, comfort, durability, of course, the price will be a little more expensive.
4. Nothing special requirements, usually wear occasionally.
This type of person usually no special needs, and will not often wear, so wig brand manufacturers (yneed.co.uk) recommend the use of chemical fiber wig, the specific choice of which chemical fiber material wig and price, according to the degree of consumer acceptance to determine.
So I recently used vintage swing arm perm rods and let me tell you I'm never going back to the bands! They are amazing and dramatically reduce your wrapping time! I highly recommend if you've never tried them to do so!!!
Though Virgin hair and Remy hair both are natural human hair, there are many differences between them. These are there three major differences:
1. Remy hair is processed hair; Virgin hair is non-chemical processed hair.
2. The donors of Remy hair used to dye, perm or bleach their hair while the donors of Virgin human hair never used any chemical products.yneed.co.uk
3. Remy hair may come from multiple donors. Virgin hair comes from one donor.
Which one is better? Put simply, Remy hair and Virgin hair are both high-quality, but your budget, style preference, and how often and how long you want to use them should help you pick the right hair type.
Our Virgin hair human wigs use 100% virgin hair. The original hair color is natural black, so if you order your wig with a darker or a bright color, we will further process your wig by dyeing or bleaching.
If you’d like to dye or bleach your wig at home after purchasing, we highly recommend seeking professional help from a hairstylist.
